HSE Policy
FAST Engineering & Services is committed to standardized safety, health, and environmental performance across all engineering and construction operations.
FES shall operate as an engineering, manufacturing and construction company that is committed to perform in a standardized Safety and Health Environment so that safety of man and material can be ensured.
IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE THE HSE STANDARD, WE SHALL:
Adhere to all applicable HSE standards and comply with applicable protocols, regulations, and industrial and other requisite requirements.
Ensure health and safety of all stakeholders.
Demonstrate personal ownership for HSE matters through visible leadership at every appropriate level.
Empower all workforce to report any unsafe conditions and actions to the concerned seniors and make them accountable against set goals and target.
Manage risks related to business activities proactively and ensure that poor health, injuries and environmental impacts are prevented.
Ensure appropriate response and emergency response system to be in place during all operations of the company.
Establish HSE audit system to assess level of compliance and ensure HSE actions intact.
Communicate this policy to all stakeholders and provide training, resources and other support to encourage development of health & safety awareness.
Encourage workers' participation and consultation on HSE related matters.
